Riggs PTO Purpose

The Riggs Elementary PTO is an all volunteer, parent run, non profit organization that is committed to enriching the education of our children and fostering a sense of community at our school.

We strive to enhance the communication between parents, administration, and staff to help promote a positive and fun experience with planned events that reach every child.
